CLUB SPOTLIGHT

GOLD COAST CRUISERS

The Gold Coast Cruisers club is located on Long Island, New York and we presently have 86 members. We are a "not for profit" organization and primarily focus on various cruise events and attendance at other local national shows. 

One of our major focuses is the organization of a large annual car show, in Glen Cove, NY at a location known as Morgan Park and the setting is at spectacular site on the North Shore of Long Island Sound's waterfront. We usually draw from 400 to 500+ show cars and other special interest vehicles and the show includes many activities for a fun filled family day. We have a vendor section for promotion and sale of various products as well as a food court, ice cream truck, children's games section and tons of awards for different car categories. In addition we also have a live band and other guest entertainers from the area.

Our club meets on a monthly basis and we discuss current and future events and other activities, such as our club's community involvement. Each year we check out what we have available in our treasury for donations and basically, collect information regarding various charitable organizations and subsequently make a donation to a number of these charities. The gratitude we receive from these charities gives everyone in our club a great feeling of satisfaction for helping others.

We also maintain our own website, which is at www.goldcoastcruisers.org and it includes event info, member info and pictures as well as pertinent club contact and officer information.

As mentioned above, our annual show is being held on Sunday, June 28th and info is available on our website.
